Daniel Klantke. AI and start-up consulting from Oberursel near Frankfurt: I turn the biggest technological shift of our time into concrete steps, for established companies and for founders.
The five areas ↓Five areas between where you stand and what is possible.
The roadmap for your head start: Identify potential, set priorities and begin before others get there.
Do today what others are still learning: The right tools for your team, properly introduced and in use straight away.
More ideas, more pace, more impact: Newsletters, websites and campaigns that sound like you and get noticed.
An idea becomes a brand, the brand becomes a presence that lasts: The foundation for your market entry.
From concept to a product people actually use: Launched early, tested for real and scaled step by step.
Three formats, one way in: From the first conversation to ongoing support.
Half a day with your team: The tools that matter, applied live to your real tasks. Afterwards your team works with AI instead of talking about it.
Details and formatOne intensive day for the management team: Potential analysis, priorities and a roadmap you can start on the next morning.
Details and formatFor companies introducing AI and for founders up to market entry: Regular sessions, clear next steps and a direct line.
Details and formatAlso available: AI keynote for your event or team, 45 to 90 minutes.

Brands I work with:
Good work starts with genuinely understanding my clients' customers. Value first, design second.
Leave out what does not matter. What remains gets full attention.
Quality has to be visible. Every page, every email and every presentation contributes to it.
Short answers to what everyone asks first.
Daniel Klantke advises companies on AI and supports start-ups from the first idea to market entry. He founded the advertising agency Essential Advertising in Oberursel near Frankfurt and built the newsletter software bemailed. What sets him apart: He builds with AI every day rather than only advising on it.
For small and medium-sized companies that want to use AI productively, and for founders building their business. On site in the Rhine-Main region (Frankfurt, Bad Homburg, Oberursel and the surrounding area) or remotely across Germany and Europe.
The first call (30 minutes) is free. After that there are three formats: The AI compact workshop for teams, the AI strategy sprint for management and ongoing support. I discuss terms with you in the first call.
The guided enquiry asks you a few questions up front and takes two minutes. An email works just as well. In the free first call we establish where you stand and which format fits. You then get a clear recommendation, even if that recommendation is “not yet”.
We settle both early, because otherwise they slow things down later. For data protection, a short internal rule on which data may go into which tool is usually enough. Since February 2025 the AI Act has required every company using AI to ensure demonstrable AI literacy among its staff.
Often yes. The German BAFA consulting subsidy covers digitalisation and AI consulting, and separate routes exist for training through the Federal Employment Agency. I check whether your project qualifies during the first call.
It happens, and I will not talk around it: According to the Bitkom study 2026, roughly one in five companies using AI has cut positions. My approach is different. The first question is where time is freed up and what you do with it. That is not sentimentality, it is experience: Teams brought in early actually use the tools. Teams that fear for their jobs do not.
Yes. Workshops, strategy sprints, ongoing support and keynotes are available in German and English. International clients are routine in my agency work.
Practice instead of slides: Daniel Klantke runs an agency, built his own software product with bemailed and uses AI tools every day in real business. The recommendations come from his own use, not from studies.
Not some day. Not perfectly. Just the first step today : Two minutes for the enquiry, and I reply personally.
